Self Care Routine Cards Press Release Self-Care Routine Cards
RALEIGH, N.C. - Washingtoner -- Self-Care Routine Cards, LLC is thrilled to announce the launch of a website that will provide a tangible system for individuals to make daily routines and self-care habits manageable and achievable.

The website offers cards in the form of a customizable editable download which will allow individuals to input text of each of their daily habits into the embedded form fields of the 60 cards included in the downloaded pdf file. There are a variety of graphic and font choices available to purchase as well as an option to provide a graphic image for custom cards.

Routine suggestions are available on the website, or they can create their own daily tasks as each card is customizable to each individual's self-care routines and habits. Once each routine task has been typed into the fields, the pdf simply needs to be printed, laminated, and cut to create a deck of cards which can then be stacked in the order they are performed throughout the day. The card on top is a gentle "nudge" to perform that task. Once completed, that card gets placed at the back of the deck, and the next task reminder appears. It is a hands-on system of habit tracking unlike any other method.
