By participating in Zebra's Mobile Robotics Specialization, Barcoding, Inc. gains access to the innovative autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) portfolio, along with comprehensive training and extensive marketing, sales, and technical benefits. Barcoding joined the Mobile Robotics Specialization as an expansion of its long-standing relationship with Zebra and to access new markets while building on its deep experience with RAIN RFID and fixed industrial scanning automation solutions.
Zebra's flexible AMR automation provides businesses with end-to-end picking solutions in fulfillment and distribution centers, just-in-time material delivery solutions in manufacturing facilities, and automation of manual material movement in any facility. With access to Zebra's material movement AMRs using the Freight 100 base, Barcoding will help customers increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve safety.

To drive Barcoding's mobile robotics program, the company has hired Des Smith, senior engineer for IoT automation. Des comes with decades of engineering experience and was most recently a strategic account manager for Fetch Robotics.
